Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship to Italy and to every country in the European Union. We do not currently ship outside the European Union.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

DELIVERY TIME

  • Italy: 2-4 working days from dispatch
  • European Union: 4-8 working days from dispatch

These times are estimates and do not include any delays caused by the carrier.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Italy (mainland): €6.90 — free on orders of €55.00 or more
  • Italy, islands (Sicily and Sardinia): €8.00 — free on orders of €55.00 or more
  • European Union: €14.99

The exact cost is always calculated and shown at checkout, before payment.

TRACKING

As soon as the parcel leaves, you receive the tracking number by email. If the email does not arrive within 3 working days of your order, check your spam folder and then write to us at info@youever-beauty.com.

TAXES

All prices shown on the site include VAT. No customs duties or import charges are due on shipments within the European Union.

WRONG ADDRESS OR UNCOLLECTED PARCEL

Please check the address you enter carefully: we can only change it before dispatch. If the parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment or a refund of the products.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, accept the delivery with reservation and write to us within 48 hours attaching photographs of the parcel and its contents: we will resolve it with a new shipment or a refund, whichever you prefer.
