Where do you ship?To Italy and to every European Union country. Shipping costs from €12.90 to €29.90 depending on the country and the weight of the parcel, and is shown at checkout. If you are outside the EU you can still sign up: we will let you know as soon as we ship to your country.
How do I use the discount?Your code is in the confirmation email: you enter it when you place your order. It is valid once, on your first order.
Is the sample kit guaranteed?The 20% discount is reserved for the first 100 subscribers. The sample kit is added automatically to your first order and stays free even after the first 100 places, while stocks last.
